I've edited the source PDF and uploaded a new one. I then tried to perform a new derive of the document, but I cannot get rid of the first page that I accidentally uploaded the first time.

https://archive.org/details/2015BroughtonWilliamThomas

I am a librarian at the library from which this thesis originated and we are uploading it to our site, but we do not need the initial title page that is currently up there (https://ia801503.us.archive.org/BookReader/BookReaderImages.php?zip=/10/items/2015BroughtonWilliamThomas/2015-Broughton-William-Thomas_jp2.zip&;file=2015-Broughton-William-Thomas_jp2/2015-Broughton-William-Thomas_0000.jp2&scale=4&rotate=0)

Is there a way to delete an entire single page?

I am NOT talking about changing thumbnails or an existing title page.

i'm not clear what you are trying to remove but you'd need to upload a revised pdf if it is in the originally upload pdf file.
